 As global PMO Preparing and driving project plan by creating a forecast. Mange project with in the time lines and allocated Budget.  Timely delivery for the Projects/Change requests from URS to Launch satisfying every Department like Marketing, Revenue Assurance, Billing, System Security etc. through UAT’s and post production testing’s to save cost with the help of the team through Scrum and KANBAN meetings  Major Contribution to scope of work based on Experience and discussions with SME’s, I help in preparing Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). And plays a major role in Planning and architecture (P&A) to freezing the accurate solution which should be translated in to code  Release Management is a value addition which I give to ensure the Impact analysis and release are done as per the scope of work (SOW). Acting as both a Reviewer and Presenter to Client for approvals  I personally follow the Testing process right from creating Test cases based on URS to UAT and Post production. System Integration Testing (SIT) is a challenging job and has to be managed with multiple vendors working from different geographic location and time zones. Different languages and cultures in the permit-able amount of time. I follow closely to clear technical dependencies by arranging all vendor meetings weekly and on demand basis.  I also play a Change manager role being a part of Change advisory board (CAB). I Plan, Present, justify and convince the teams about the changes and assures a smooth production movement  Risk Management is a key KPI to see the working system been handed -

Stressfull environment. No work life balance

More than 10 hours daily work. No much growth. Pay scale is also less. Mostly they will fire people at higher position and hire at trainee level. Not recommend anyone to work here. No job security.

Not a great place to work

The organization and its management suffers from lot of insecurities. They have steadily lost business in markets which they commanded few years back and the management seems to be least bothered with this, with most working on saving their behind.
