Infrastructure is good, no stress, employees are good . Weekly once fun activity conducted. Conduct monthly RNR whose perform well, give certificate as well.

A site full of youngsters, with supporting staff/management that encourage employees to be the best everytime/everywhere. Would have spent more time with that team, if site wouldn't get off. But one thing I'll tell to everyone loudely, this was the best time I've spent in the Teleperformance DIBS.
Handling the Monthly service review to understand the performance of the team on a monthly basis Implementing new initiatives Involved in the recruitment of new staff Able to prioritize tasks and workloads in order of importance Track record of delivering results with deadlines Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets Creating the back up for end to end process using Skill Matrix
