If you are thinking about this organization either you are out of jobs or you are mad enough to get your brain drain there for nothing. They promise more salary at first then deduct it by large amount for a silly reasons no matter what you have as a proof to tell them that they are wrong. No promotion, not to expect and if your dad has enough money to feed those doggies then you can expect otherwise keep your nose inside little water and die that is more better.

They are that much even there are no words, no language and no review page is enough to tell.
The Company just wants you to work and work more but do not wants you to pay even what is minimum salary wages.The overtime they was offering is not according to the law. They are not paying double or more than the normal payout for overtime and forces you to do the over time.
There was a good amount of income that any freasher can earn there no high qualification required , no high communication skills required so for a freasher is good place . but there u cant be just maintain your life balance coz not any fixed hours of working
My review regarding teleperformance is that its good working place with normal salary and work load is little bit high. There is no targets and shifts

Teleperformance is an amazing company who care a lot about the employees and it values its employees more than the management. Salary is also good and by far the best company I have ever worked with.
Wrost working experience hold my salary only bcoz i was on medical leaves
There is lots of pressure in the company even they didn’t provide my last month salary wrost company i had ever work with
Company could have provide justified salary to all. However company has structured method to payout. Company should look into the training leadership program to enhance the skills of the existing employees.

Good in people engagement but salary structure was very low for the fresher employee .Notoce period policy is not good.Supervisor level notice period was 2 month which is not possible
Higher management treat people like slaves or bonded labours.
Transport is good. Management is poor. People are bias, IJPs are fixed it is just a formality.
