This interview process first there will be normal round then there will be hr then ops round and then there will be aptitude test
very less time taking
My interview was on call.... It was not that tough, you can get through the rounds easily, just know about few technical questions

The interview process is a multi- stage process for hiring new employees .the interview process typically include the following steps : writing a job, description, posting a job,scheduling interviews, conduction preliminary interviews conducting in personal interviews.
There are 2 rounds of interview,
1st basic interview
2nd is AM roundScreenings face 2 face interview presentations round
First face to face interview with the HR
Second telephonic interview.You would have to appear for interview through walk-in or through any employee referral. Interview would be very easy to crack since there are several processes in Teleperformance so HR would place you in any process as per your skills. All you need to take care of is, your communication skills. If you are good in comms, you would definitely be selected.
