Manager would like you to extend. Huddle happens everyday with no point of discussion. 6 day working. Paid cabs. No employee welfare programs. scorecards not well planned. Process will move out is the threat to employees. Never understood my role. Your manager will not try to help.

After working in teleperformance I got a good communication skills. I learned how to deal with people. As a startup working in teleperformance is good.
