Great company, though there was a change of role that trainees had to do. Before we are tasks with just retaining customers and giving them options to stay but later we were hard selling. That's not what I signed up for

Teleperformance is an ok work from home job. You will be taking phone calls for third parties. The biggest issue is that their equipment SUCKS! They will blame everything on your internet an tell you to reboot your modem, then when you can’t get back into the system because of their previously used janky equipment they hold points against you. When you need help on a call they will take forever to respond and still hold the long call against you. Another issue I had which was not explained during training was that if you call in two hrs before a scheduled shift, you will STILL get points. They also have started using webcams which is uncomfortable and you will have to dress up so, please rethink before applying with this company

Worked here for a few years whilst completing my studies, was the most toxic environment towards the end that I’ve ever been in at a workplace. Management constantly hounding you, other staff members talking to you like rubbish. If you’re face fits you have no trouble progressing but if not you stay in the same job role for years no matter how consistent you are with targets and call quality. If you need a job, then apply, if you can afford to look elsewhere, do that.

Si estudias te ayudan mucho con el horario, no hay cambios de campaña muchas veces, el ascenso de puesto te hacen pasar un curso más de 1 o dos veces, y ya cuando estás en espera de entrevista para tu ascenso se tardan, y de no quedarte por alguna razón tienes que esperar en la mayoría de casos 3 meses para poder postularte a otro ascenso. Prácticamente lo único que es seguro ahí, es quedarte como agente telefónico, y para estar en un puesto así, hay mejores Call Center, no es el peor pero no es el mejor. Sin mencionar que en la oferta laboral mencionan un sueldo, que te cambian en la firma de contrato, luego de nuevo en capacitación y al final vuelve a ser diferente ya en piso. Por cierto, es muy probable que en varias ocasiones sientas que juegan con tu tiempo.

Jag jobbar på Teleperformance och har aldrig varit med om ett företag som skiter i sina anställda liksom här. Allting handlar om statistiken där de vill mjölka varenda sekund av den tiden som du jobbar. Lönen är de värsta jag har någonsin haft. Hadde bättre lön när jag packade skinkor i en fabrikat och även där mådde jag inte lika dåligt psykiskt som jag gjorde på Teleperformance. De lägger alldeles för mycket press på att man ska förbättra sin statistik. Även efter man uppfyllt sin statiskikmål då säger de aldrig någonting positivt om man. Istället då höjer då bara statistikmålen och kritiserar en så man aldrig känner sig tillräckligt bra. Man känner sig som att man är oviktig och lätt utbytt om någonting skulle hända. Skulle aldrig rekommendera någon att anställa sig här och istället hitta något bättre betalt och seriöst jobb som inte får en att önska till att man inte vaknar nästa morgonen.

I enjoyed working for the first client as a quality assurance specialist. However after the contract finished and I went to a different client I became very stressed due to the nature of the calls and the disposition of the callers.

Managers and the company care more about quantity over quality. You had to suck up to the management to get a raise or promotion. Cost of living wage wasn't nearly enough to support a family.

I work at with the Cox Automotive project and I've never met anyone there who didn't automatically make me feel like family. I love everyone so much. The trainers and supervisors and mentors really care and really want you to succeed and be a part of the family and stay. We just want people to expect it to be a job. Parts of the job sucks, but it's not much when you meet everyone.

the training for my specific project was 3 weeks long but there were so many questions that i had when i was in training that was answered with a simple, "you'll never have that situation in that call" the management care more about hitting their quotas than actually helping the team

I started at the beginning of January and the program I work for is already coming to an end in June. They say they will have a place for everyone but we could take a pay cut; and the schedule will also change. It pays the bills but this is not my forever job. Not to mention even if you are extremely great at what you do; you will bust your QAs, because they knit pick at everything.

Typical call center. It sucks. Don’t work there if you can help it. They don’t want to approve time off. I don’t even think you get PTO. It’s basically like a bid for time off which is dumb. It’s a call center there’s enough people to cover if someone is out

I have worked for close to a year in this company and the experience can vary depending on the campaign you're in, but most of the time it's not going to be good. Training is basically a typical sales process and you're the potential customer, you're told only a few things about what you will actually do, several important details, especially with regards to commission, will be left out. Once you're in the floor it's when you see what the actual job entails. It depends on the campaign too, but commissions are usually highly difficult to obtain because metrics are oftentimes unrealistic and never take into account what you will need to do during the job and how much time is wasted on your average call while seeking assistance from supervisors.Schedules are also made to seem very easy to adjust to your needs and liking in the ads this company places on social media, but the truth is that training is almost always on a fixed schedule, and getting the actual schedule you need, adjusting it, or switching campaigns is very difficult and tedious, either there's not enough reps so we can't transfer you or change your schedule, or some other excuse, but then they might suddenly transfer lots of agents to another campaign.Overall a bad place to work, the complete opposite of that certificate they like to use so much on their ads.

The role was relatively simple taking calls from people booking appointments, which should have taken no more than 3 minutes however sometimes it took more than that The company produced leaderboards where certain members of the team were highlighted in red for not achieving call target performance, and systematically bullied for poor performance. I personally witnessed some staff just disconnecting calls because they were taking too long, however these agents were achieving call targets so were at the top of the leaderboard. During a particularly slow day I made a note of every call that I took and it's duration and my calculations did not match those provided to me by my team leader. I was only offered 1 hour of coaching to address the issue where I was sat side by side with an agent who was consistently achieving targets. He was managing this by being rude to callers, not helping them and telling them to callback.
