I would love to work with TP again but the comate there were so dominant & even they put lots of unnecessary pressure but the training staff was good.

Never again!

Literally the worst company I’ve ever worked for. After 3 months of working for HMPO, got switched to CYBG with less than a days notice. Management do not care about your mental well being and throw you in at the deep end with little to no training. Avoid at all costs

I won’t go into too much detail but let’s just say I’m in therapy currently because of the stress of dealing with management. The job it’s self is easy and I enjoy helping people, but dealing with certain life problems plus trying to reach out to management to figure out protocol is stressful.

Good work enviroment

It was a nice work environment and the people help you learn, it’s difficult to use the platforms that Teleperformance provide to you, it’s a hard process to send the computer back to Bogota, but in general it was a good experience

Der Job war unfassbar stressig mit einem extrem hohen leistungsdruck (50 Calls am Tag + skript dazu) ausserdem sind die Chefs super unhöflich sexsistisch und ignorieren einen bei Problemen. Allgemein wenn man ein Problem hat ignoriert einen die ganze Firma bis sie dich rausschmeissen weil keiner sich für dich verantwortlich fühl!

Essen günstig aber nicht lecker

Solo para aprender cosas nuevas, y buscar algo mejor. Se aprende bien si te quieren enseñar, ambiente laboral tóxico. Cómo agente tienes que tener paciencia para el b2b y disfrutar cx service. Cómo miembro de staff la carga laboral es demasiada al punto de tronarte.

This places expects you to let the people who call talk to you any kind of way degrade you and down talk you then tell you what you are going to do and how you messed up their account when it’s your first time speaking with them..the hours are not for people who have kids

No flexible hours, over worked and under paid. The management is awful, the staff are not important to the business. I do not recommend working here to anyone, especially mothers who have no support. Avoid!!

If really just depends what campaign you're assigned to. Some of them are good, some of them are a nightmare. But if you need money and want to work from home it's not the worst thing. They say there's lots of opportunities to move up but from what I've seen that's more of a by chance type of thing. You have to make contact with management multiple times to get anything done because they don't care unless your metrics begin to hurt theirs. (Depending on what campaign you're on)

If you get lucky you'll work with good supervisors, but they might just move you to a different campaign every couple of months, decent job security, but advancement is challenging as you will be bouncing around a lot.

I hated this job micromanaging at its finest low wages no room for growth and the trainers had better things to do such as take care of their own kids during training which we weren’t allowed to do

Okay to work if you live with someone

The benefits are expensive. Barely any PTO and no paid holidays unless you volunteer to work. Only positive thing I can say is they offer daily pay which can help if in a bind.
