What is the best part of working at the company?U should be a smart talker. Even an idiot can get promoted.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?There is lot of politics among senior management. HR is pathetic will not listen to the employee. Its management centric. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?There is no work balance. When I was working in Doordash process . My quality manager used to call me on weekly offs. Very stressful times with low pay.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Stressful. U have to be.constantly alert. Low pay package and highly stressful environment.

What is the best part of working at the company?WFH is permanent, Your first IJP to be applied is after 9 months which includes you 1st day of training, where in other organisations have a 6month probation criteria andthen another 12month window to apply for your first IJP and it is not the case with TP. Salary is credited on time without fail. They don't entertain flak from people.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The break protocol is stupid and cannot be adhered as most of the time people are busy in your work, if you don't login or logout on time then wfm sends an adherence mail to the TL same is the case with break if you don't take breaks then also your TL getns an adherence mailWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Awesome to work except that you have long waiting hours to move from 5th to grd floor which consumes most of your breaks

Perfect place for freshers

Good for Freshers

For freshers this company is good to start career but not good for experienced.. no to very low appraisal.. lot of company politics from your senior managers and HR.. HR doesnt speak or think from employees point of view if we raise concerns.
