There are managers who help a lot and some just dont care but the environment is pretty chilled so there will be someone who will help you out . Just the pay will be less but incentives plan will help

Horrible place to work ,lots of politics colleagues working with you try to extract money and kinds in kind from you, The Hr and Management behave very partial and as if they have purchased you, Lots of girls used night jobs there as an excuse to do all wrong business. The culture is so fast there people even take drugs .This is a true fact and no one has the guts to even say it. I will never recommend anyone to work for teleperformance if you want growth peace of mind and a decent living. All Team leaders and management are hand in glove with each other. The worst company I ever worked
i worked as a senior customer care executive in teleperformance company. i reported to the customer care manager in the company. i have more then 1 year experience in teleperformance like my responsibilities are ; Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Responding promptly to customer inquiries, Communicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. i face salary and pressure issue only they have to fix it

Its a good company to work. The people around you are amazing. The few team leaders care for their team members. They take team members for outings and partying which actually act as a stress buster.

Friendly place to work management is nice admin are very helpful.system are in workable condition shifts timings are ok security is very strict everything is password protected
