Working as a technical support executive, learn how to handle cutomers from different backgrounds, improve communication skills, learn how to do complete a task within given time span, learn how to educate a customer in their way of understanding, learn many technical solutions.
They have good out sourcing clients and premium clients to offer services but the main concern is the management level is very poor you couldn't even expect working for such a big mnc with this type of creepy management and the worst part is favouritism, if you have good bonds with yoour manager no matter how bad or good you are your knowledge and work won't work the only thing that's matter is yur level of contact to go high
Shift Adherence, Learnt new things about Adobe process as a Technical Support, Management was good and very supportive. Work culture was very good. Salary is not that much according to profile. Most enjoyable part was the team bonding and floor environment.
Best MNC in BPO I think. Most important part is happiness here. This is a MNC so you should understand that guys you will grow .
I think the most important part of teleperformance is best office culture and safety and security for employees specially for the girls. If you work in night shift you will be secure and safe. Very tight and deciplined environment is there.Good food, office culture, well behaved employees. A very good and reputed mnc in my openion.
I have joined TP in the year 2016 January as an agent for the Uber US process and with few months got promoted as an AMCC. the selection and the promotion procedure is very easy not so much difficult but its fully illogical based questions asked and not based on reality and current situation, the whole interview was fully based on IJP and PAN India ranking. Some of the processes are very good and the management also but few are very worst and the managers are also not that much capable enough to handle those then too they are earning very good and in the higher designation, I don't know how? Too much politics are there and EC is especially good for nothing. They cannot take any decision on their own and fully trust their managers. some of the processes do not even have the time to entertain their agents. No curriculum activities done by EC and very rude behavior because of partiality. The most important thing is no medical facilities are there even for the emergency case also. Seriously do not understand how it becomes the best company for the employees in terms of culture, salary and corporate environment because here education does not matter at all and you cannot even use your skills and knowledge. So here TP means for me is Time Pass only. No values for agents. Only want work and time nothing else. Last but not least the exiting and resignation procedure and the behavior was too bad that you can not even imagine also most of the higher designations are occupied by graduates and local ones.

The management dept is so poor .The recruitment begin whenever there is any sell and end of sell they terminate the employee with any silly excuse.Too much work pressure is there.The shift is total of 9hours including the breaks but i spent my 10-11 hours mostly because of my mad TL's as there is no exception if they will call you up from your system, doesn't even matter if it takes 1hour also,you have to complete pure 8hours.
Good environment. Supportive seniors. Great work culture. If you want to secure your life so please join it. Management is very good. Good chance to grow here.
Company is decent enough, if you are a fresher, you will get lot of learning opportunities as got the opportunity to work for Yahoo Small Business and because of my hard work and patience, i got the opportunity to work for all the Tech Support Line Of Business, but you cannot take the work culture for so long because of hectic work hours and very less offs and holidays,i felt lack of management and work life balance which company needs to work on in order to retain their good employees.
