Sneaky and does not appreciate employees

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Work at Home - January 25, 2023

Working with this company has been the worst. The training is ridiculous and does not prepare anyone who is new to the job. The pay is too low for what you do. They took away benefits from tenured employees. They switched health insurance to something that cost more. Escalating anything is a joke. DO NOT WORK HERE RUN

There is scope for Improvement.

There is scope for improvement. Try to see your employees as humans, not robots. Salary enhancement is required. Leave policy can also be improved. Workplace is congested, needs more ventilation.

Productive and good pay

It was a good company and they give salary on time. The bad thing is that they do not give cab and meal services to all. Workplace culture is good. You can make lots of friend there
