Company is good for students.Its not good for my education i joined and working as a trainer.But there also work culture and policy are not good Everyday i was Thinking when can I leave the job. No gifts no hr activities nothing was happening there.

I was worked over there 2.5 Year work envirment is good as well as collige and mangment is also supportive .Location of company is very good and fascility to traveling is so good .

Less salary & poor management

Customer Support Executive (Former Employee) - Work from Home - March 15, 2023

They hired huge number of employees for bbd sale some for contract & some for permanent role.. when there was no expected call flow they started to lay off the contractual employees and promised us lay off happen based upon the performance. But nothing happened they just lay off all the employees those who have joined & also the deduction amount from salary is not reasonable & we will never get it back
