The management is very very bad, not organized, work life balance is very poor, Team Leaders do not have any authority they're simply puppets of the management. No Job Security at all. Office Politics is too much. To get a job promotion you will have to go through a lot. Employees are not happy at all even the TL. Sometimes you have to beg them to give you a 10 mins break. Think thrice before you join them.

They will call for meetings after your duty hours.
