Too much work load

Too much work load but payment is very less.Client want everything from Team leaders whether its valid or not.And comes to payment part they don't want to promote you as a TL they use people by picking up them on Aux and used them

Here I learned how to handle team pressure and achieve targets with the team. I was responsible for training new hires about the product and assist them in achieving their KPIs.

Enjoyed working at Teleperformance, learned a lot, work atmosphere is very good, many helpful workshops, proper training provided. Never faced any problems with salary. Would highly recommend Teleperformance.

I have never regretted working at Teleperformance. My reporting manager was friendly and co- operative yet very professional. You become a family member once you start work. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Teleperformance.
