Love to work in Teleperformance.I m really lucky to work here because. Such a person is here whom rude behaviour or attitude. From security to managers are good behaviour, nature about to talk. But the Teleperformance have to provide maximum of 1:20 minutes of break. Because everyone can't complete there break within a hour like me.

Think Thrice before you join them

The management is very very bad, not organized, work life balance is very poor, Team Leaders do not have any authority they're simply puppets of the management. No Job Security at all. Office Politics is too much. To get a job promotion you will have to go through a lot. Employees are not happy at all even the TL. Sometimes you have to beg them to give you a 10 mins break. Think thrice before you join them.
Cons
They will call for meetings after your duty hours.
