The process is hectic now day by day. Company don't care about employees they care about CSat and other things. Favourism.. if you are close with upper level then there will be chance to grow other wise forget about growth.. provide pointer when you eligible for new post... No holiday no bonus for diwali.

Though many difficulties one has to face, but I tried to overcome the situation with the help of my seniors and work place culture. Teleperformance is a very good organisation to begin your job journey.

Work from home available.

Mostly night shift and salary is also not upto the mark of hard work.
