Hikes are not a matter for management. No one on one decision during hike. Manager decides based on his own decision even though performance is good especially for testing profile.They remove people from the company even though performance is good without prior notice. Not even try to move to other project.

Micromanagement and No growth

No growth, same work and no hike. A lot of bias and micromanagement. No empathy. Dumb leads whi just delegate work and dont keep themselves updated about technology.

Worst experience ever

This is the worst company that I have came across in my 17 years of experience. The work culture is really bad and they fire people for no reasons. There is no software process in place and people are very arrogant.

Stressful and excessively political

Do not join if you have better offers.The culture is stressful with no work life balance. There is a lot of politics and the appraisals are a joke. No increment for years and false promises. The Multifonds in particular is a horrible place to work (both QA and product). The mid level management are mediocre and regionalist who are biased towards people from certain regions. Merit based appraisals and growth will be a dream and a concept which will never come true. The behaviour is highly unethical and defying of any MNC. Please avoid at all costs.

Very good place to build your career

It is a great place to build your career. The teams are very collaborative and if you are good, they identify you and give you ample exposure in terms of direct interaction with the client, on-site opportunities, hikes etc.
