I like teradata earlier but new ELT is not focused on tech resolutions but now marketing is focused on LGBTQ etc etc.I think you should settle here but at your own risk seeing new management.

Less room for growth and development working with the management

Nice place to work with great work life balance

It has all characteristics of a good product based company and work is good. Some odd projects may be challenging or monotonous, but overwhelming majority are good. Perfect for a good work life balance with more than a few leaning opportunities particularly in and around database technologies.

Teradata is flat structure organization , you will get opportunity to work on good technology.But if you come on bench again it's difficult to find another project.

People here are good and supportive

People here are good and supportive. Company perks are good like PF, medical insurance, bonuses etc. Company is very focused on career development of its' employees.

fun workplace

Learning many things in Teradata and work life is good. Will be able to work on new technologies. Management is helpful and good. Hikes are also good.

Good work life balance

Good work life balance. Depends heavily on the database team. Late to moving into cloud customers. Overall if your preference is work life balance then you will find peace here. But if you are looking for career growth Database, ML and query optimizations teams are excellent teams to be in. If you are in teams apart from those team then good luck to you. No time restrictions with regards to the commute. No food and transport facilities.

Mediocrity at its best

I've been working with teradata for over a year, and there has never been a day where I've had to work for more than 4-5 hours. Everyone's laid back. Definitely not the best place for young/ambitious folks. Work life balance is great, there's also free snacks, coffee, and lot of indoor sports offerings. Certainly a great place, if you'd like a small paycheck and repetitive work. Definitely not the best in terms of tech stack, very slow adaption phase, recognition is easier since it's a small company.

good place to work

In this company the projects which are having 24/7 shifts are very hectic. Most of the projects are shift based. The salary hike is also good as compared to other companies and you can get lot of Quaterly, Monthly awards. Overall company is good to work.
