its an organization with non-sustainable financial model which will collapse any day. They have no corpus fund; they are totally dependent on research projects which are funded by either government or international organization for running their institute. The Director of each division are all in all and do not have any respect for professionals. Very old fashioned autocratically run institute. The salaries are miserable and meagre.

TERI was a great place to work, where I learnt the basics of marketing, management, team ethics and organizational dynamics. My work involved generating funds for projects, designing and managing budgets and expenses for several projects, many of which ran parallel, organizing marketing and launch events, carrying out research and spreading word on TERI's work. One of the most crucial things I learnt here was how to manage time,multi-task and deliver as per timeline with total precision. As an appreciation to my work,I was entrusted with independent projects. While implementing these projects I had the good fortune of working with experts from around the globe.
