Associate Technical Program Manager (Current Employee) - Bangalore - October 20, 2022
Good for Developers, Non dev colleagues finds it hard to progress in career. Some more job verticals would help the non dev background colleagues to flourish.

Nice managers but bad pay
Officer (Former Employee) - india - November 16, 2019
Charges employees for almost all benefits such as cab service, game room, food etc. all this while paying the bare minimum.
On the good side I had a great manager and the people were quite friendly.

fun filled work place
Finance Officer (Former Employee) - india - March 25, 2018
1. Tesco has an amazing campus. One of the most beautiful green campus in the city with good amenities like gym, play area etc. You will feel like going to office everyday specially if you had friends.
2. Tesco invests in you by providing a comprehensive training on all technologies including several programming languages, databases and OS platforms. So even a non IT student will learn and get along easily.
3. The culture is pretty relaxed except in support teams. The dev teams are pretty chilled out. Overall the work atmosphere is healthy.
4. HR team is an active unit at Tesco. They take your grievances seriously and makes sure that the issues are resolved.
5. The business leaders support innovation and hence you can see a lot of new initiatives been taken at Tesco every year.
6. Growth is solid with chances to visit other countries where Tesco operates.

Work at it's importance and fun at work.
Stock Control and Merchandise Planner (Former Employee) - India - July 31, 2014
Learnt what is Supply Chain and how does it work. MS Excel was the application that we used to analyze and order stock. Wonderful job that gave me lots of experience. Felt very challenging as we are wholly responsible for TPN's or items that we handle. Management's encouragement made me stand consistently learn new things and take up initiatives. Very proud to say that I worked for the world's second largest retailer. Like I said in my first job's review never the less were my second job's colleagues. They were there when I was new and helped me in proposing stock while ordering. Hardest part of the job was the communication gap between the Suppliers and us as they were from a different country. The most enjoyable part of the job is the more orders we create than the usual and fill the warehouse.
Pros
Free dinner, beverages and transport.
Cons
Not even one.
