Ok.
Tele Counselor (Current Employee) - Remote - October 10, 2021
There will be 2 interviews. After then 4 days training. Then on job training for a week. There is not salary, if you sell a subscription then you get commission. Like you sell 299. You got 38 rupees as commission. There should a basic salary + commission. If you don't sell anything in a month you get nothing 🤷
Pros
Work life is okey
Cons
No salary

Pathetic company
Video Editor (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - October 8, 2021
It's a pathetic company, they removed high salaried workers including me and hired workers in 8,000 salary, forced me to resign, HR ladies have no manners to talk, they were not ready to give my fnf, after 85 days period I got my fnf (usually it gets 30 and maximum 45 days) Seniors don't work at all, all the work load is on new team members. Senior workers gets leaves and travel to goa every 2 months. Management sucks. In lockdown period company gained 4% profit, still they didn't gave is increment or bonus, favourism is a culture of Testbook
Pros
Free breakfast
Cons
Other people don't get breakfast, sales team eat like horses

Can work from home
Content Developer (Former Employee) - New Delhi, Delhi - November 28, 2019
The biggest benefit of working at Testbook is you can work as a part-time employee. You can keep it as part-time work and go on through your life. It does take a lot of your mental energy and can be redundant.

Company's work culture is amazing.
English to Hindi, Content Translator (Former Employee) - Delhi - September 26, 2019
Company's work culture is like you can't find anywhere else. The management is also good. If you start your career with this company, you'll never want to leave and even if you do so, you want to get back to this place.

Digital Marketing Manager (Current Employee) - Kharghar, India - March 7, 2018
The management is the best part of this company, they know how to interact with their own employees & rather than just bossing people around they connect with everyone on an individual level. They make you feel like family from Day 1!
