Being a swedish company, work culture and human value is top at it's best. Salary and benefits are above avg Market at any time. Variable pay yields 100% & salary is on-time paid. Increment is good. Work culture is little laid back. Provide opportunities to grow.

It's a great place to work. Location can be a problem at times but they do provide transportation and work from home so it's manageable. Pay and benefits are great. Management is supportive and cooperative. Lots of opportunities to learn. Would love to work again in this company in future.

Actually fun working & supporting staff except few of them

Company is very good in all aspects except some old staff irritating good working people. Others who help got trouble in their work. If you help someone they will make trouble for you. Dirty politics in some department others very happy not having any politics in their department.

TetraPak is a Swedish company which provides a lot of benefits to employee and ensure work-life balance. In some cases interview, the hiring process takes a time that is because its a product based manufacturing company having its own IT division. I joined in GIM as a Sr. Analyst.
Interview Process:
1. The fair Interview process and respectful treatment during the entire interview process.
2. Two Technical round, 1 Telephonic Discussion followed by 1 Face to Face discussion at Chakan office. Company Arrange Pickup and Drop for the Face to Face Interview.
3. HR Discussion.
Before scheduling the Technical interview, The discussion is scheduled to understand the requirement of candidate and skill matching.
Pros:
1.Professional, Friendly and Relax Work Culture.
2. A lot of opportunities to upgrade Technical Skills and work on the latest technologies.
3. You can discuss your issues freely with your managers and they provide all the required support.
4. Work From Home.
