Very unprofessional they don't care about your work life balance. and are very unprofessional.Dont go for it they are only interested in creating a frustrating environment around you. In starting they will talk very politely after you will join their behaviour changes suddenly and don't give documents for security they will not return it or they will return if your termination is according to them.They will offer you to join to take 5 classes, and then after it whole day will, be consumed on the name of meeting, Discussion and all.

Pros

Not aware of talking sense. They are localites and always take advantage of that.

Productive work place

I am an English teacher in Meerut branch here the school environment is very professional to work with. The management is also very supportive in all aspects. They also give timely training to their teachers to enhance their knowledge.I feel very proud to be a part of such an institution.

I found a good management and Highly Qualified staff

On my experience this is one of the best schools I found till date . The school is very excellent in all aspect including support from management and funding for staff professional development by Cambridge university itself. Hon. President of this school is a scientist by profession from TIFR, Mumbai.School has very good infrastructure and modern equipment as well as facilities .

It's extremely unprofessional

It's an incredibly hard place to work at and you are constantly screened at all times , allowed no privacy and it has a hostile work environment in general . You shall come across an extremely unprofessional conduct , will be overworked and would have to bear casual unprecedented compliments. I'd highly recommend not working with them.
