It is not a good place for researchers. A favorable place for people in the field of policy making, project management and administration. work culture, team environment, support, work life balance differ from boss to boss of various divisions. A good place for freshers to learn corporate work culture. the best part of staying in the company is support from the team. I had a great collaborative team.

They were once the pioneers in the sector, therefore have a strong name in the market, but lack of leadership/ succession planning has left the firm without a direction in recent years. Also, they now face increasing competition in India from the Big 4 firms.
