No management at work Place

Never taught to work with The Mill India again,People on supervisor level are under qualified and lack of knowledge according to their designation.
The over all atmosphere of the studio is like a class room and not at all a professional work place.The people from other site beehive that India is not the right place for their growing business.There is no one on the upper management level to take the right call or understand the internal issues.
