I have been working here for more than a year. Thermax has got best working culture, the environment is quite positive. Work Life balance is there. But growth is very slow and work becomes monotonous after a year. Learning opportunities are not that great.

The work culture at Thermax is great. The best part is work & life balance is maintained. We enjoyed a lot the out-bond trips in Thermax. The company provides very good training's programs.

Highly Productive for Beginners

Thermax is best company for beginners where you will get freedom of work and Manager will not hesitate to assign difficult & Challenging task. That is the way company grooms their employees. Work culture is excellent with very supportive colleagues. The only thing that disappoints the people is their less than Average pay-scales. This is from the fact that company doesn't believe on extravagant expenditure on their employees.

9 am to 6 pm. (5 days week) Very good working culture. Good company for above 40 age Employees. Management is not that strong. Freedom to work. waiting for orders. Joint venture company of Thermax & B&W USA.

Typical day at work is jovial and good working relationship. People are forward looking and eager to help. Management is highly focused and are highly business oriented with not enough reliance on in-house R&D capability. Hardest part of the job is to seek as much clarity as you can with meagre guidance from the management. The most enjoyable part of the job is the friends circle and inter-departmental interaction.
