Stressful
Business Development Associate (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - March 12, 2021
May have to work even on week off, work duration may go above 12 hrs. Managers are not so professional in behaviour, they behave like a rookie. Sorting a problem or crisis on a professional level is hard to find.
Pros
Free travel
Cons
Long hours, stressful, rookie management

Very stressful no work life balance is there
Business Development Associate (Former Employee) - Noida, Uttar Pradesh - February 27, 2021
If you have only money mind then you may go. Either from my end their is nothing like work life balance you work more the 12 hour & still many time you won't get attendence for that. So be careful when you join.
Pros
Salary & incentive
Cons
Long hour, management, no work life balance, lack of after sales support, attendance parameters

fun workplace
Senior Academic Counselor (Current Employee) - Jaipur, Rajasthan - July 14, 2020
as we go through the covid situation with this job salary package provided for us and the incentive criteria kept for the employees so so great as the dta model structure going on in the other hand so many people are in the verge of loosing the job from the company especialy people who made good revenue in the ds conduction part. As of we can't go to the ds model in byjus i do feel a bit hard to survive through this dta model. Hoping for the best to happen as a senior bda to get everything back on track soon

Work if your priority is to earn money
Business Development Associate (Former Employee) - Nagpur, Maharashtra - May 23, 2020
At byjus, the best part is the salary which they offer and also the uncapped incentives. No other company does that. The atmosphere is stressful as it should be in a sales profile. If you find this interesting there is no other job better than BYJUS

Life at Byju's
Business Development Associate (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - March 10, 2020
Pros
*Salary and rewards.
Cons
* Salary rewards looks promising initially, as time pass you understand it's a one man show, you are on your own. You will be working 12 to 13 hours a day and doing the job of 3 employees of 3 different department.
Company never protects you.
*Work culture is way below all standards.
* Zero work life balance.

Work-life and personal life are hard to balance. Lack of management and HR are not responsible in the company.
But the good part is that they will pay you a healthy salary.
Overall 3 stars.

Pressure cooker
Business Development Associate (Former Employee) - Kochi, Kerala - February 9, 2019
A typical day starts with a meeting with the manager.
He talk about the targets every day.
One should complete call time target, fixed number of connected calls and appointment targets to go for lunch.
Revenue target should be met on a weekly basis.
For me that was 2lakhs.
You will never get leave if you failed to meet target.
Pros
Salary
Cons
Work pressure, long working hours

A Company or A Facade?
Customer Relations Specialist (Current Employee) - Bangalore, KA - January 9, 2018
I have been associated with this company for the past 1 year 1 month now. The company's prime focus is overall growth based on employee crunch & customer crunch. The daily targets are very strict & now non-achievable on a daily basis. LOP's(Loss of Pays) are awarded in case of failing to do so even marginally. There are also cases where interns aren't converted into permanent employee even after a duration of 8-9 months. There is a lot of work pressure, workplace politics & unrealistic expectations. There have been instances where 50+ people were converted into permanent employee but when they returned from college after their final exam, they were told that their campaign has been dissolved hence they had to either resign or change their job profile at a lower package. For a fresher, this company is good to provide a kick start but it doesn't have much to provide.
Pros
Salary
Cons
LOP's, Work Politics, Pressure
