Toxic workplace

Very much toxic corporate culture. But they gove best salary according to industry standards. Work Life is nowhere on that company. But don't fulfill their promises.

Good salary, relaxed but unethical. Full of office politics.

Byju's is a company which gives a great starting package and incentives but to grow in this organisation talent and hard work is not enough. You have to be in close regular touch with your managers and must not have an opinion of your own which may overtake your bosses opinion. It is a company where about 100 employees had to loose their job at once just because of incapable and unethical leadership. HR is highly inefficient. Initially it felt as if it is an organisation with a great future but the faster they grew the faster grew unethical culture where promotions are decided in after hours party or a club.

Good start up to work for and start your career

The work at byjus was more of BPO where we were given leads and we were supposed to convert the leads and generate revenue for the company. But with time, things get better and you learn quite a lot.

Fun, dynamic place

The workplace atmosphere is quite good where your ideas are considered and learn a lot everyday. The management and employees are young which is quite good. The company is financially sound and quite dynamic.

A hectic one!

Overall you'll not have a so called life if you're working in sales. Huge pressure. No leaves. No work ethics. If you can give them sales then you're good to go once the rate stops then people will change and so as the management also.

Fast paced

Target driven work, if you perform well you are in-law to the company. O' ELSE? Or you are given the worst of leads to work upon, the pressure which makes you rethink your capabilities. There is a BUT coming..... you guessed it right. Its the best to start your career from, good salary and learning opportunities at every turn.

A very challenging job, which would need sheer determination and a lots of optimism for one to become successful.

A 'sales' job role is all about numbers and reaching targets. But working in Byju's was a whole new experience all together as an employee would be expected to carry out multiple roles such as, tele-calling, consulting, creating need and selling, financing and post sales servicing. In order to even come near to becoming successful or to even survive in such a challenging working environment one has to be extremely patient, strategic and profoundly logical. The sheer stress that associates with this kind of job would definitely take a toll on your work-life balance and social life if you are not smart enough. Without a doubt one can learn and gain a lot to experience overall in order to be able to pull off any job which might require working under pressure.

The work environment is not that great the managers are least concerned about your work or to help you in it they will just point out the mistakes.

If you want a high pay with no respect and no time schedule you should opt as a bda at byjus as you can't be at peace. So decide accordingly. What is more important to you.

Fun place to work but not to learn

You will get a lot of tasks to take but no guidance. You will have to figure out everything by yourself and if you are unable to deliver you will get to listen alot.

Best place to work to make money

Authorities are very immatured , in experienced , hardly know anything about sales , won't provide enough training for employees , sales team is the greatest asset of the firm

Good place for freshers to learn about the corporate world

A place where you can learn a lot, if you're willing and eager to do it on your own. Work life balance is hard to maintain Sales profile will be pressurising and target oriented Perks and Compensation will be good, (if you're lucky)
