The work environment is not that great the managers are least concerned about your work or to help you in it they will just point out the mistakes.

If you want a high pay with no respect and no time schedule you should opt as a bda at byjus as you can't be at peace. So decide accordingly. What is more important to you.

the company is really good but the long working hours eat up your personal life and also effects on health and the pressure under sales department is way too high

Corporate, competitive, fun

A typical day at work involved engaging in marketing and sales activities from the start, competing against thousands of similar minded fresh-out-of-college youngsters, making money for the company and yourself. It paid 50000 rupees a month, which is pretty low when converted to dollars, as the Indian Rupee ranks relatively very low. However, it is considered a pretty well pay for a freshman graduating from a mid level college with little experience in the associated field. Cut-throat is the word, as employees had to struggle for survival on a weekly basis.

Sharpened soft skills, time management

Low job security, little time for personal life

It's the best place to work if you don't care for your Carrier!

The best place for Manipal Students as 80% of working are from there! Only good thing in the company is the Salary! They pay you a lot in order to buy you and your future. No Job security at all!

Handsome Salary more that one deserves.

No Future!
