A hectic one!
Business Development Associate (Current Employee) - Kolkata, West Bengal - March 2, 2020
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedOverall you'll not have a so called life if you're working in sales. Huge pressure. No leaves. No work ethics. If you can give them sales then you're good to go once the rate stops then people will change and so as the management also.

The workplace atmosphere is quite good where your ideas are considered and learn a lot everyday. The management and employees are young which is quite good. The company is financially sound and quite dynamic.

Corporate, competitive, fun
Business Development Associate (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - October 2, 2017
A typical day at work involved engaging in marketing and sales activities from the start, competing against thousands of similar minded fresh-out-of-college youngsters, making money for the company and yourself. It paid 50000 rupees a month, which is pretty low when converted to dollars, as the Indian Rupee ranks relatively very low. However, it is considered a pretty well pay for a freshman graduating from a mid level college with little experience in the associated field. Cut-throat is the word, as employees had to struggle for survival on a weekly basis.
Pros
Sharpened soft skills, time management
Cons
Low job security, little time for personal life

Tough job
Business Development Associate (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - June 26, 2017
SALES
I had seen some movies on sales which included the tough life, the constant pressure, frustration and everything and always thought it must not be that bad but my god, joining this company made me go through all this. Long hours, constant cribbing by mangers etc etc.
There is no proper management here, no appreciation if you do good job, but in the end its just a bad job, not a bad life.
