Relaxed work environment. Just show up

Work environment is extremely relaxed. Just show up to the company and you're good for the payday.You can grind and deliver a week's ask in a day and sit and lol around for rest of the week. But you won't get rewarded for it.Work here can be sometimes new and challenging but most of the time you'll be referring to what onshore team does and redo the same

Better not to join TIAA GBS

When most of the company are thinking of deferring their increments this pandemic, Tiaa GBS already removed the variable component from their CTC which was mentioned as "Variable" component in the CTC earlier this year, so on paper every employee got his CTC reduced by 10%(in short back stabbing), all old technologies is being used, work culture is pathetic and you wont even get the feel of a software company instead of a call center.
