Working in a fast food chain is a lot of fun and challenges.Providing the friendliness,speed and accuracy of service without any marks of any irritation due to the peak hours time and still can manage to stay calm. Dealing with upset regular guest is you must know how to read their body languages so that you can easily find the solution and to give immediate complimentary to meet their satisfaction. During pressuring time is the most enjoyable part , people that are non stop coming will make us feel alive. It is like working double triple etc is a lot of fun because the team still maintaining their positive outlook.

Handling Multi-Nationality Team has helped me understand their culture well. hardest part of the job is to maintain the wastage. Enjoyable job is to meeting so many guest walking in to the restaurant and knowing them and building relation with them.
