Fastrack is a sub-brand of titan watches. In 2005 Fastrack was spun off as an independent brand targeting the urban youth and growing fashion. The 1st store was to open in Chennai was Velachery where I was working. It is considered to be a youth brand and a lively environment

Retail store manager job is extremely tuff but interesting and knowledges as i grow up from a CRO to a manager . My currier grows from this company and i really appreciate titan to gave me a chance to work under its umbrella.

This was a learning part of my life where i have learned so many thing s in this company, because i worked for a third party,where the Titan industries were not having full control on the employee, the set target were achieved by the store team but the rewards were no where,the management converted so many funds to their personal use,actually it was given to the staff by the Titan Industries ltd,unfortunately the rewards could not reach the beneficiary,these were used by the management for their personal and even distributed in between their relatives.so working for third party like this is a lesson in my life.
