Work place is so interesting

Titan Eye Plus is the biggest chain in theOptical field. It's give me most of the pleasure at the work time on the store.I found my goal as an senior Optometrist and as a Store manager with the lot of things that I have learnt.

Productive and absolute learning platform for learners

Working with Titan feels honoured and also so much secured i only served here as an apprentice and i love to work and carry out my progress easy schedules and friendly co workers and employees managing system is very good and monthly performance appreciations also eco friendly environment.

It's really Good one but it's all about politics.

I am very happy to work with my company ,I am loyal with own and my over all staff.It's to good for doing any work with employees and patient or Customer.I am very thankful for my colleague and my team who help me lot to achive target and Goal .

Timing and improper management

Franchise is the worst one.They were not treated as qualified person. Many of people lose their carrier because of improper franchise management.company did not took any action on franchise.

Very bed

Franchise employee job are not secure in titan eye plus. Titan management is not supporting it .at least titan company provided the company employment in job of optometrist

Good for gain experience but very little salary

Maximum Stores are owned by franchise and they are not giving enough salary. Titan have no control over your salary. Franchise can change ur salary any time. No work no pay on lock down.

Good workplace compared to other retail optical.

It is good workplace compared to other retail optical. But recently Titan Eyeplus is trying to copy others competitors optical and hence we the employee as well as customers are not satisfied with new policy.

Good working area to gain and ipmrove myself, a lot of things I learned from here. Good environment to work.

People believe in Tata, so they have more faith on Titan Eye plus bcoz it is from Tata. They thought that here they will get good quality of spectacle and sunglasses.

No benifits, internal politics

Senior employees will harase the new joined employees there are very rude may not be professional in work environment even area manager will not see into the issues except businesses no HR is concerned for the employees working in franchise role. Managers are not supportive no team work will have groupism in the store. I will not recommend any one to join titan eye plus .... Strongly negative feelings towards the work experience

Good experience

Every thing is transparent, customer satisfaction is very important in Titan Eye Plus. They provide training in regular basis when something new introduces so there is lots of thing which you can learn

Good work place and atmosphere

Titan is a place where one can learn how to interact with the customer and provide the distinguished experience, here everyone enjoy their work. The hardest part of the job is to find negativity about the work profile.
