A perfect easy going cool place to work at offering 100% work life Balance. The management offers a family culture to its employees. Its the least stress giving organization I have come across. It has a superb & dynamic culture.

Career path not defined. Learning & growth curve flattens after a time, but only in the Inside Sales team.

Great management, I could not have asked for a better place to kick start my career

I started working at TO THE NEW as a fresher. I wasn't completely sure about what I was good at, or even what I wanted to do. The organization has provided me with so many opportunities in my career, by allowing me to switch internally and finally identify where I fit.The leadership is honest and transparent. The company gives importance to both people and work with its people-centric culture.I enjoy the challenges and opportunities that come my way and my colleagues and team are super helpful.

The management is as unprofessional as it can get. They have no considerations for their employees

Software Engineer (Former Employee) - Noida, Uttar Pradesh - July 18, 2020

The trainee which was told to last for 6 months was extended for an year. The CEO in his call said that no employee would be laid off during the covid period and just 2 days after people were laid off on the most ridiculous reasons, among them one being that we will have to let you go because your net connection is slow. Nor did they give any notice in advance. So frankly not a company you should go for

The training is pretty intensive which will almost make you want t quit but yes you learn alot

Cons

My summary has it all but again to list:The CEO has no respect for his own words, the management is poor, no kind of appreciation, completely unprofessional

If you have a great team, then completing project becomes a good experience with loads of learning and fun. Connectivity with the company location is not very good and follows favouritism.
