Toppr is an amazing organisation to work with. Timely payments. Supportive team and leaders. Managers are good. Highly pressure oriented organisation but good company to work with.DislikesTiming. Their is no work life balance. No shift nothing. Morning 10 till 12 am in the night you have to be on your toes. Pressure is huge. But its ok if you coup up woth.

Toppr Codr was a good company in terms of location, people and flexibility but don't expect any promotions. So your growth is nil.

I liked working with Toppr Codr because of the supportive people. I found salary very less according to the work assigned. Also no promotions can be expected for anybody.

Loo productive and poor working environment.

Worst and poor work culture. Every national holidays and Sunday is working . From the joining of first month mental torcher begin, evetime there is one word demo demo. If you are not having single demo schedule. On the day you marked as absent. These low class companies are not having proper working cultures. It is better to work in BPO rather ToPPPPPPRRRR..

It's a place to learn new things at the same time be attentive as job is not secure at all

The working culture is good and managers are also helpful but you may never know when you are going to be targeted for anything senseless. this company just works for it's own profit and there is nothing great or good for employees only and only focus on company profit otherwise you are out.
