At the time of joining will tell package is of 10 lacs per annum. After some days we came to know it's 5 lac fixed and 5 lac insentive. Later in training we came to know there is certain parameters which cannot be achieved so we think alteast 5 lakh fixed we will get. But once we get salary slip there is only 20 thousand in hand. Every month target will be double . If you don't sell those videos tutorials for a week the next day you would be fired next day.

Product is good .. but work culture is pathetic, stressful. I believe that there will be work pressure in sales. But from the joining, Kuch expertise as Jaye Uske baad pressure handling is fair enough. But expectations not met so far. So given resignation.
