Plz note things are very good if you are looking from growth prospects and earn incentives. At my time field executives were rewarded and a take home incentive was approx 1.5 lakh + and would also get branded goodies and spot incentives. I have worked there for 4 years as a trainer. If yu show your will to work, dedication and discipline toppr.com is just for yu. If yu want to earn max incentives toppr is the platform. Great platform all yu want is aggression and convincing skills. Been to many big cities for training. Your hardwork is rewarded. I was also a highest revenue generator on toppr.com then promoted as trainer. Let me also let know this platform is not for lazy lumps. If yu want to achieve your dreams in shorter span of time go for it....Promoted in just 4 months of taking calls...

There is no any work-life balance in toppr.

Once they recruited you, they informed to start calling to customer. And if job timing are full day. Start work at 9:30 and finish at 10 at night. And when we take a break for lunch or dinner, TM used to call everyday, abhi lunch time Hain kya ? Kam Karo chalo. Half hr of break hardly they give.

No Job security and high pressure , no support from management , hire and fire policy , Toppr completed more then 7 years as company but still lay off employees saying they do not have enough funds.

Management and HR are good. Work culture is good. But lots of pressure for sales. Daily weekly and monthly targets. Working hours are more. We have to work till night 12 pm on Sunday and Saturday as well. Incentive realization are not fixed. Stressful life. No job security there.
