A wonderful company, which is stagnating due to wrong people and with a high personnel turn over due to their policies.Unlike other MNCs, the overseas Management do not take much interest in the Indian activities and due to their low salary structure they are not able to attract potential candidates like other MNC.

The best place to study strategic sales and marketing and leadership

Senior Executive (Former Employee) - Bangalore

One of the best places to start your career if you are planning sales and marketing. I am in the present level fully thanks to Total. They do recognise your efforts and the top management till the CEO is fully approachable. Also the management is fair enough and there is no inside politics as in most companies.

Total oil India is good for the Freshers , I have learned lot in Total .Management is good they will follow till the Machine is over. Culture is good enough .There is nothing Hard in total.my most enjoyable part is in Mangalore Terminal working time.
