You won't be there long

Revolving door, lots of gossip, top-down approach. Managers discuss things with each other and don't let anyone know about what has been discussed. Everybody is stressed out all the time and disrespectful to each other. Lots of food and snack though.

Senior Data & Business Analyst (Former Employee) - NYC - March 31, 2021

Free breakfast and lunch means you have to watch your waist. Both locations in NYC are very convenient. Decision to outsource stuff to India was pretty bad for morale all over the company.

The company is a great place to work. However, there is a distinct difference and the subsidiary I worked for. The manager was not a very nice person and at times, I was not treated very fairly or respected. If you need a job this is a good option but there is not much room for growth.

High stress environment with slow growth rate

Engaging problems to work on You can take up ownership of systems / learn a lot in an pretty short time if you work in that direction Cons Management very secretive. Information not spread properly or at all regarding salary, company position amongst current HFT firms Trading, Tech and Support teams almost completely isolated from each other( This is being reduced somewhat due to the recent push for confluence documentation though but still leaves a lot more to be desired)

Productive and fun workplace

The work is invigorating and there is always something new to learn. Management is competent and co-workers are great to work with. The hardest part of the job is probably leaving it at the office once you head out for the day, because the work is so immense you can't help but try to think of solutions even when you're away. The most enjoyable part are the perks and benefits.
