Dull and dead atmosphere, Feels you work amongst robots !

The first feeling you get once you enter the office is you have entered a sophisticated Jail ! The work processes are more audit driven than processes which help simplify work. Endless ladder of authorisation levels often keep work at bay leaving the one actually doing the work frustrated. Decision making is centralised, mid management has little or no right to call the shots and the suggestions/Ideas/recommendations given by mid management are either ignored or implemented without any credit. Mid management are often made scape goats if something goes wrong. Team work is myth, no ownership mentality with extremely bleak chance of growth. The only take away is its a Japanese MNC.

One can exposures to International Mega Projects, if you pull the right cords !

Extremely stressful Job, you are expected to push yourselves beyond your capabilities
