Stressful place to work, no career grwth

Salary is very less , no proper increment, work is very stressful ,no support team leader and manager, no one understands the problems while doing work,but want perfect work like computer hanging every now and then,trackers not working

Worst Management

I will never recommend anyone for Tracxn as it is the worst company I ever worked with in my 11 years of experience. If you love your self respect and need job security than never go for a interview in Tracxn. People take personal revenge on you and play with your career.

Do not waste your time in Tracxn, All they make you do is write emails and emails and emails. The only good things is that they pay well but will suck the creativity out of you and make u do task fit for data operators

Poor Management for a Startup

Pros: 10 Hour shift - no extra work, On time salary - are the only good points for working in Tracxn. Cons: Management has worked hard to make the workplace similar to some sort of central jail, so don't expect any HR friendly activities or any employee centric rules. Roles are not clearly defined for Managers and people from non Top college background are strictly required to follow the process laid down by IITs/IIMs. If you are not from Top College, you are not entitled to come up with any new ideas neither are you entitled to show any existing process loop holes, if you do that, you are actually challenging all the top brains of Tracxn.
