Productive and Fun workplace

Nice work culture. They give us a chance to explore yourself. Your inputs matter, levels doesn't matter. The communication is transparent. There is a lot to learn, in terms of work, new trainings, outings, etc.

Fun Place and Good Initiatives

Company is good to work with as there are many initiatives that they take to train their Employees. The training is more than sufficient to do your regular work and perform well.

Self centered management

Not worth working here. the management is self centered. the overseas reporting superiors work more for themselves and would not provide any assistance to the new comers to understand their role.

Average place to work

Working at Travelex typically depends upon the region for which you are working and how your onshore partners are. Management has changed and experimenting with their new tactics. Attrition level is also moderate. IT teams and infrastructure are not up to the mark. Not a very much employee friendly organization.

It's nice place to work. Flexible shift hours where you can balance between work life & personal life. They do decent yearly appraisals. They do conduct lots of fun activity at work place.

Scrum Master role for foreign exchange product delivery.

Scrum Master role for foreign exchange product delivery. Travelex teaches team work and has a good work-life balance culture. Being a Scrum Master, I ensure daily scrum events are facilitated and works closely with the product owner to ensure everyone is on the same page. In Travelex, Learning never stops and we keep upgrading ourself to keep up with the pace for time to market.

Excellent Work life balance...but bad managemrnt

Company culture isn't very good but if need work life balance, this is the place to work. Once you become Management's favorite, then nobody can raise voice against you. As such there is no policy and procedures. Technology is outdated, HR practices are very weak. Good place for fresher's stepping into learning phase. But no opportunities after that internally as projects are very limited. India GDC is less than 500 FTE in 14 yrs...so growth prospects are very very limited. Stay for a year or two and shift to better place.
