Productivity and Fun at work
Pulling reports,assigning emails to the team members. Handling Escalated issue and helping team where they have stucked. Giving ideas to manage the issue in less time and avoid the reminders from the client. Managing the the issued in the given TAT. The hardest part of the job is in season time where we often get the issues in Leisure destinations. The most enjoyable pat of job was free environment working.
