Trident is a 20 years old organization and retains some of the old-world traditions along with contemporary paradigms of corporate mabagement. With company working as a consultancy house, it exposes its manpower to the harshness of the market comprehensively and often the employee finds himself in situation that tests his nerves. Good opportunity to learn man-management in additions to finer points of technology.

Pros

Entrusting persons in all ranks with responsibility and authority, to work with their judgement, and with individual skills, while they face the challenges in the field

Cons

Demotivating to see some in the team who tend to survive in the system, as pests by living off the hardwork of their collagues, and then complainig of not getting recgnition or rewards

management is greedy they will not clear your allowance and only make false promise,

management is greedy they will not clear your allowance and only make false promise, senior are cooperative only for the work they want but will not help you when you need as they are employees and cants make decision or admin accountant management they will be friendly till the time you are giving them work but as soon you ask for salary or allowances they will play table tennis with you

Small company, good for those who enjoy challenges

The company is a relatively small organization, wherein the employees are under constant watch of the management. Being a sales-oriented organization, the efforts are measured for their effectiveness only in terms of achievement of sales target. You need to take pressure to survive; management does not take excuses for long..The job profile puts you to work on high-end design tools from reputed brands and gives you an interface to clients who are professional engineers/scientists.

Sales kind of motive in every aspect of work

They will make you work as sales guy even if you are an application guy.They will hire you to work on one software but after joining they will assign more softwares on same salary. Salary is a big issue and never get on time.

Great place to shape your career

I joined this company immediately after college. This being a small company, the environement was not very formal. You can approach your team head easily and discuss your issues and problems. The job also offered opportunity to travel to different cities and meet technically sound people

Worst place to get stuck

Sick management, always finds issues with employees, employees keep changing frequently .They dont pay you salaries for months,They dont provide expenses for years.Management always ready to suck blood from you.Worst resignation policies with 3 months notice period and they dont provide salary during notice period.zero job security , they will ask you to resign without any notice period when they feel they dont want you anymore.

Very bad enviroment

Don't join the company because you will face lots of salary issues. Still our 6 month salary is pending. In lockdown period we worked from home but they didn't given the salary. They don't care about employee. And if they are not satisfy with employee then they directly fire from job.So suggest everyone who is reading my review please search for another opportunity. CEO is very bad. Management is worst.

Good company for those looking jobs as Sales and Marketing Engineers

Being a fresher on technical side, you will get good opportunities to work on different products and software's sold by the company. Sales and Marketing Engineers will get good experience while meeting defense labs scientists and working with them closely in understanding there requirements

Productive and a lot of learning work place.

The productive place has to be updated for all the new technologies available. Willingness to learn how the software works and what can be done with this software. The management is very supportive and continuously encouraging. The hardest part of the job is should do homework before installing the software and drivers.
