Company was engaged in manufacturing of towels for various brands as well as for export. It was a good learning experience. The biggest setback was that salary was being disbursed to the tune of 505 without giving any reason.

Resolve customer issues,complaints,problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality services • Streamlined internal processes for increased quality checks to capture guest data accurately. • Optimizing work distribution among the team member and delegated roles and responsibilities ensuring smooth operations. • Responsible for Long Stay Guest satisfaction by connecting and engaging with them during the course of the day. • Daily secretarial services like MS-DOS, MS Office (Windows Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

I got the job at Trident by the recruitment done by our college. It has got a good management to lead us. According to the arrival of the guest the work becomes easy or hectic. They give appreciation for the thing we do, like best grooming award, best house keeping award. They also arrange parties for the employees to relax. They are also very strict at serving the guest properly.

Stringent policies, Don't provide work experience letter, hectic work load, no systematic delegation of work load, top management a bit helpful, things are stolen from here and there. Not even proper sitting arrangement.
