Trigent is basically a contractual company. The salary is delayed by a day or two, half the time due to mysterious reasons and even gets credited a day before due to the same mysterious reasons. You will need to fight for your clearance though. Expect a guranteed appraisal of 10% every year as there is no rating happening. However, the salaries provided are not too high here.
