I was deployed in a project through Trigent softwares, they don't care their employees deployed at the client location. No proper response you'll get from HR.

Basically a contractual company

Trigent is basically a contractual company. The salary is delayed by a day or two, half the time due to mysterious reasons and even gets credited a day before due to the same mysterious reasons. You will need to fight for your clearance though. Expect a guranteed appraisal of 10% every year as there is no rating happening. However, the salaries provided are not too high here.

I have worked on Trigent's payroll in different Organisation. HR Wise its a good Company. HR are very supportive interms of Help and Support. I had a good Experience .

Join this organisation if you are too good with figures and business. There are daily targets on resumes and monthly targets on offers.

1.Absolutely no work life balance. 2. Short term projects and hence, difficulty in finding the right candidate. 3.Fortunately I found some good colleagues there, that was the best part. 4. Bad management 5. I learned most of the technical recruiting there.
