I was deployed in a project through Trigent softwares, they don't care their employees deployed at the client location. No proper response you'll get from HR.

Basically a contractual company

Trigent is basically a contractual company. The salary is delayed by a day or two, half the time due to mysterious reasons and even gets credited a day before due to the same mysterious reasons. You will need to fight for your clearance though. Expect a guranteed appraisal of 10% every year as there is no rating happening. However, the salaries provided are not too high here.

Good and supportive HR will be always accountable and will help to find projects when one project gets over.Trigent HR portal is also well maintained.
