Trigent Software Ltd Employee Reviews

I was a contractor here deployed at Wipro for 1.5 years. No worries regarding salary and other issues. The HR are approachable and help you with your queries. However job security is a problem, When they hire they said you will be permanent employee of Trigent but that is not the case, if your contract ends with your client, Trigent won’t keep you or assign you another client. Which was a wrong information provided when I was hired. Otherwise, it’s a good company to work with.

I worked goldman sachs software company , the pay roll company of trigent software LTD. in working office its new to me and learned new informations .i learned how to react with others and how contract with employes and how to salove the issues ,the management was so good i like to work again if i got another choice, but the bond will be 6 months its temporary job Little bit sad after i left the job its k i learned so many .thank you goldman sachs team and trigent team

I was associated with Trigent as a permanent employee. It was awesome working with them as they were there for me whenever I needed. All the concerns were address professionally and I had no complaint during my work period. They are clear on the policies and there was a good communication as well. Even after leaving they will treat you well. Specially when you go back to them for PF.

Fun Workplace

Trigent software Ltd is a nice company to start up with. i have learnt a lot starting from sourcing to interviewing to selecting and on-boarding etc. in a very short span of time i was given more responsibilities so i enjoyed working there more. The company makes it sure to recognize the best performers of the quarters and the HR team always comes up with activities for their employees.
