The work atmosphere was better when I joined the company. However, as the department started getting new projects, there was an increasing amount of pressure, which was justified by highlighting a "lean period" of work for a couple of months. Furthermore, the pay scale is abysmal and has gotten worse over the years to the point that everyone applying currently is only given a contractual position in order to provide a bare minimum salary. There are significant contradictions within the management of the department. Although the manager is exceptionally good, the Team Leaders are incompetent and are exponentially increasing and normalising exploitative working practices.

Quite good place for working

My experience was good there. But sometimes things get tricky as the management system is not that good. Pros-Salary was on timeCons-Inhouse experts of biology were not that good for reviewing answers.

I learned recruitment from Trivium. It was a strong foundation building for me. The management is also good and Flexible work module is followed. Professional and Family life can be balanced while working at Trivium. However The pay scale is very less. There is practice of politics in the team. The seniors make sure that executive level employee do not grow in a career. As a result you will get to experience how to handle office politics and you can easily cope that in your new work environment.

Good company, short-term projects

Worst company for job seeker

This company is one of the worst company in the education industry. They took work from job seeker without paying them.They hire you for contract by simply signing a contract agreement.My sincere advise is don’t waste your valuable time and career by working for this company. Go for some better companies.

One of the best pro is they have one of the best HR lady to waste your time, They do chat in Skype without giving their cell number.

Cons

They don’t have respect, They simply waste your valuable time by giving hectic and laborious work, There is no work-life balance and no management at all, They do chat in Skype without having any work consciousness and to simply waste your time.

Waste of time and cheaters employees

I have attempted approx. 176 questions but they didn't pay and shared the status on mail that ur answer is not correct and rejected. If answers was rejected it should be shown in app but not available in app of doubts section it was cleared they cheated with me

Worst to work here

Its the worst company to work with. They just make false promises and mislead everyone. No growth opportunity and will provide an immense stressful environment. They just know how to put their own work.on juniors and rest will be kept just sitting idle and gossiping. No work culture. No learning.
